After more than a decade in the corporate boardroom, Carla realized she also had a passion for a different kind of BOARDtable by opening Luv OverBOARD in 2019. Through years of entertaining and hosting, Carla has perfected the charcuterie experience to bring clients, friends, and family together. Every charcuterie experience from Luv OverBOARD is carefully designed by Carla and methodically assembled by her and her team of culinary artists. Outside of Luv OverBOARD, Carla likes to spend her time with her family and friends and focus her efforts with several local charities, including a non-profit she started in memory of her late younger brother, Officer Antwan Toney. As a minority small business owner, Carla strives to educate local communities in financial well-being, while immersing them in the art of charcuterie.
